Chopra Global

Following my in-house role, I continued my work with Chopra as a consultant, where I spearheaded the programming and talent booking for their retreats.

My responsibilities extended to curating the experiential journey for guests, managing VIP experiences, and overseeing on-site logistics for Deepak Chopra himself.

This ongoing collaboration allowed me to maintain a close connection with the brand while continuing to shape impactful wellness experiences.

With the expansion of the new brand, our objective was to bring diverse experts together in one place to offer health guidance and serve our mission to democratize well-being.

STRATEGY
During my tenure at Chopra Global, I led the talent and partnerships division, focusing on elevating the faces and voices of the brand's educators both internally and externally. My work centered around integrating diversity and accessibility across all brand touchpoints, including the app, retreats, marketing campaigns, and social media platforms. By fostering inclusive representation, I contributed to the brand's mission of making wellness accessible to all.

IMPACT
Collaborated with non-profits to democratize well-being by providing self-care tools to those in need.

REACH
Launched a Podcast Tour with Chopra’s in-house experts to support their visibility as wellness thought leaders.

ACCESS
Created a Teacher Training Influencer Program to reach new individuals and their communities with Chopra Teachings.

INDUSTRY LEADERS
Chopra has become industry leaders in engagement on social. During 2020, Chopra exceeded comparative wellness brands in social engagement up to 8x and gained 683,758 net followers across all our social media channels (+131% increase from the previous year) – up to triple the growth of our competitors. Received a 96 Audience Quality Score (EXCELLENT) indicating a high percent of authentic audience, excellent likes activity, and excellent comments activity.

J Balvin Legacy Partnership:
Renew Yourself

We identified areas of legacy similarities between J Balvin and Deepak Chopra with an understanding of the importance of representation in the meditation movement and the power of the tools in underserved communities. Our goal was to create an impact by creating a unique meditation in English and Spanish to reach the world.

STRATEGY
Understanding the epic need for support during the pandemic, we created a 21-day meditation experience to support millions during these unprecedented times. Led by Deepak Chopra and J Balvin in both English and Spanish, we brought free meditation, mindfulness and expanded awareness to a diverse collective in June of 2020 and called it “Renew Yourself: Body, Mind & Spirit.”

IMPACT
It featured guided mediations, powerful storytelling and self-care wisdom from Deepak Chopra and international music superstar and Latin Grammy Award winning artist, J Balvin. The special audio experience focused on building resilience, finding healing and creating a new version of our lives and our shared world during a time we needed it most.

REACH
Our press coverage included 171 pieces of press coverage through distribution and enterprise partners such as: Oprah, The Skimm, Nasdaq, Los Angeles Sparks, Nike, The YMCA, P&G, iHeart Radio, among others. We had 6.12B online readers, 23.8M estimated coverage views, 82.4M media value and 1.81B impressions.

Sahara Rose + Dharma Coaching Institute: Empowering Purpose through Experiential Events

The Dharma Coaching Institute (DCI) celebrated its graduates its first one-day experiential event in Los Angeles, designed to integrate DCI’s teachings through interactive sessions, community connections, and self-exploration. Additionally, DCI held an exclusive Mastermind Class to inspire participants to live their Dharma and serve others transformational.

STRATEGY
Pre-Event Planning:
Wellness Culture led three months of creative ideation, strategy sessions, and pre-event planning to shape a cohesive guest experience for both events.

Programming & Management: Managed the run of show, coordinated breakout sessions, and handled all logistical aspects, including venue walkthroughs, speaker management, and vendor coordination.

Marketing & Sponsorship: Developed and executed a marketing strategy that aligned with DCI’s values, while negotiating sponsorship packages and overseeing swag bag distribution.

IMPACT
Community Engagement: Successfully engaged 200 participants in the full-day event and 20 attendees in the Mastermind Class, deepening their connection to DCI’s mission and their own personal growth.

Operational Excellence: Seamlessly executed the event logistics, from venue management to speaker coordination, ensuring a smooth and impactful experience for all attendees.

Brand Growth: Enhanced DCI’s brand visibility, securing new partnerships and driving sales for future programs.

Integrating Wellness with Leadership Programming

Wellness Culture led the comprehensive wellness programming for FEMME!, an event focused on holistic wellness, accessibility, and leadership. The programming was designed to deliver high-impact experiences for multicultural C-level executives and leaders, emphasizing inclusivity and accessibility.

Wellness Day Execution:
Oversaw and executed a full day of wellness activities, ensuring seamless integration of wellness touchpoints throughout the event.
