Known as the Wellness Connector, I’ve worked with the leading wellness brands and leading teachers, healers, and practitioners.

My career began in finance on Park Avenue, where I spent over a decade before transitioning to media and creating world-class events. Fate then led me to Deepak Chopra’s company, Chopra Global in 2019.

I hold a BA in Arts Management from SUNY University.

I leverage my rich experience in business, working with high-net-worth clients, CEOs, and leaders, to bring the knowledge of building successful businesses to the wellness and self-development industry.

Having collaborated with influential brands and top talent, I excel at connecting the right people, building communities, and creating impactful marketing and experiential events, both in person and digitally.

This journey inspired me to create The Healers' Playbook, a love letter to the wellness community. It offers support to those who give so much to others, making the business acumen of healing arts accessible to all.

My goal is to help those in the wellness industry navigate their endeavors with clarity and sustainability through effective marketing and storytelling.

In addition to my work with The Healers' Playbook, I host a YouTube show called aLive with Dar sharing unfiltered conversations with top figures in wellness, business, and culture. The show focuses on entrepreneurship, AI technology, and living boldly, documenting and inspiring others through life's journey.

As I continue my work, I'm excited to share new expressions of this mission to expand Wellness Culture, with a commitment to integrity, clarity, and intention.
